BIA Appoints Michael Guerity to Advance Advertising Forecasting, AI-Driven Insights, and Strategic Growth

New Vice President of Market Intelligence & Strategic Communications to strengthen BIA’s market intelligence leadership and modernize insight delivery

CHANTILLY, VA (June 22, 2026) — BIA Advisory Services today announced the appointment of Michael Guerity as Vice President of Market Intelligence & Strategic Communications.

In this newly created leadership role, Guerity will oversee strategic communications, market positioning, research storytelling, content development, and industry engagement while helping shape the development, delivery, and application of BIA’s U.S. local advertising forecast intelligence, market analysis, and strategic insights for organizations across the media and advertising ecosystem.

Guerity joins BIA with more than 20 years of experience spanning media, advertising, marketing, SaaS, and business strategy. He previously held senior leadership positions at Cox Media Group and Sinclair Broadcast Group’s Drive Auto division, where he helped drive significant revenue growth through market intelligence, content strategy, and digital innovation. More recently, he served as Head of GTM Strategy & Marketing at Lightcast, where he led company-wide growth initiatives that unified communications, marketing, sales, and customer success through data-driven and AI-enabled strategies.
