Jon Silverman covers Digital and Traditional Media.

Expertise: Sales Enablement, Mobile and Location Based Advertising and Data, Artificial Intelligence

Jon has dedicated the last five years to Enterprise Sales Leadership at GroundTruth (formerly xAd), and Verve where he oversaw new partnerships, business development, and partner enablement (sales acceleration).  He helped build their programmatic and partnership business lines leveraging those organizations’ technology and data solutions.  Jon spearheaded GroundTruth’s Partner Enablement strategy by working with Digital Sales Managers and sales reps at traditional media companies and out-of-home media companies in efforts to amplify their reach in mobile location.  All told, he helped to drive over $50 million in top-line revenue for partners.

Jon also spent three years at Meidiaplanet where, as Managing Director of the New York office, he led a sales force that brought content marketing solutuons to F1000 brands.  After increasing revenue over 400%, to more than $12 million, he was asked to develop offices in Toronto, and Los Angeles.  Jon has a strong media and data background, after having spent tenures at Digital First Media as Director of National Sales, and most recently as Head of Sales at, an Artificial Intelligence Startup.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD.
