BIA/Kelsey’s Local Commerce Monitor™ (LCM) Wave 19 – SMBs That Use Direct Mail for Advertising and Promotion report looks at the advertising buying and usage trends of SMBs that use newspaper for advertising and promotions. Of the full sample, 29% or 297 SMB respondents advertise with direct mail. The report profiles these businesses, including their current and future usage and spend on online platforms and key marketing activities. Direct mail SMBs use a variety of traditional and digital channels. They are growing their digital budget, in which they need assistance in extending their promotions.
