Group Registration Requirements:

• Group rates cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• All registrations must be purchased on the same date to qualify for the group discount rate. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
• All registrants within a group must be employed by the same company.
• Prices displayed are per person. Multiply the per-person price by the number of individuals in your group for total cost.

Payment Options

Credit Card. BIA/Kelsey accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Invoice. Select Invoice from the payment options on the online registration form to receive an invoice for the cost of your registration. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Check. Checks should be made payable to BIA/Kelsey and mailed to: BIA/Kelsey, 15120 Enterprise Court, Chantilly, VA 20151.

Conference Policies

BIA/Kelsey Clients. BIA/Kelsey “clients” are employees of companies who subscribe to one or more Custom Advisory Service offered by BIA/Kelsey.

Cancellation Policy. LEADING IN LOCAL: SMB Digital Marketing conference cancellations received in writing before Aug. 1, 2013 will be charged a $200 service fee. Cancellations received between Aug. 1, 2013 and Aug. 24, 2013 will incur a 50% service charge. Cancellations received after Aug. 24, 2013, or registrants who do not attend, are liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time, but you must contact Sheila Steinmuller at ssteinmuller@biakelsey.com to advise us of any changes in advance.

Contact Information. Your email address and contact information will be shared with exhibitors, sponsors and partners unless you request otherwise.

Photography and Video Policies
BIA/Kelsey reserves the right to use photographs of any conference attendee in promotional materials. Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us at conferences@biakelsey.com if you need guidance about longer clips.

BIA/Kelsey assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any LEADING IN LOCAL: SMB Digital participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
