  Megan Austin Karlen is the Vice President of Business Development at Radius, the data technology company that’s changing the way companies market to small businesses. Prior to Radius, Megan was the Vice President of Business Development at CardSpring where she led key partnerships with payment companies and publishers.

  Previously, Megan spent ten years in financial and investing roles at Castle Harlan, Morgan Stanley, and Gleacher Partners. Megan holds her AB from Harvard University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
