Kelly Thomas Nojaim
Director, SMB Partner Sales, Bing
With more than 15 years’ experience in the online search and advertising space, Kelly has been directly involved in the evolution, progress and innovation of this market.
Today, learning from the customer is Kelly’s most vital job, and one she’s particularly happy with. In her current role with Microsoft’s Bing Ads, Kelly manages and builds relationships between Bing and businesses that sell Bing to their customers. Having face time with customers helps her understand what’s happening in their industry, how business model evolutions are affecting their marketing decisions, and what’s happening at the SMB level. Kelly is driving revenue through relationships, and has found her passion in direct customer interaction.
Previously, Kelly was Director of Product Marketing for Bing Ads, where she led the vertical and segment marketing and release readiness teams. She and her team packaged network insights and ad platform product features for advertisers. Kelly also spent over a year in International Product Management, leading the strategy efforts in the roll-out of Bing Ads in 54 markets as part of Microsoft/Yahoo Search Alliance.
Kelly earned her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she was the President of Stern Women in Business.
