Leah Pringle

Manager, Recruiting, B2B and Local Marketing, Aflac

Leah Pringle is the Manager of Recruiting, B2B and Local Marketing at Aflac. She has been with Aflac for 12 years. 

Leah joined Aflac in 2002 as an intern while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at Auburn University. After graduating, she joined the company’s Corporate Communications/Marketing team. She served as the managing editor of the company’s internal magazine for five years and then managed the strategic communication process for Aflac’s sales team. In her current role, Leah directs the strategy for all Recruiting Marketing, B2B Marketing and Local Marketing efforts at Aflac. She has helped lead the effort to establish and grow from the ground up a local marketing program at Aflac.

She earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2012.
