David Lebow
EVP and GM of Digital Markets, YP
David leads YP's strategic effort to propel and accelerate the company's growth across the national advertising market and its digital-only local sales markets. This entails the planning, development and sale of innovative search, display, mobile and direct marketing advertising solutions. The customer base ranges from major national advertisers to local businesses.
David joined YP in January 2013, as SVP and GM of National Markets, with more than 25 years of experience in the media and digital business. He has spearheaded leadership roles within the advertising and technology industries, including AOL where he focused on increasing consumer audiences and e-commerce and advertising revenue. David was instrumental in creating and implementing the strategy that transformed AOL into an advertising and content leader with record ad revenue growth. He was also President-Revenue and Chairman-International for Group Commerce where he was responsible for revenue growth, client-focus and marketing. Under David's leadership, the company became an industry frontrunner and successfully increased its revenue by eightfold.
He was also the CEO and President of Internet Broadcasting (IB) where he reestablished IB as the market leading provider of SaaS technology. He was also responsible for establishing IB's Local Ad Network which was subsequently sold to Cox. Throughout his career David has driven results and value by building and aligning great teams while developing effective business strategies.
David also serves on the Ithaca College Board of Trustees as Vice Chairman, and is a member of TownSquare Media Board of Directors.
David graduated from the Ithaca College School of Communications with a BA degree in Communications Management.
