Nathan Hanks, President of ReachLocal, Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOC), is leading the company in 68 locations world-wide to help small-and medium-sized businesses and national franchises reach more local consumers. As President, Hanks oversees day-to-day global operations of the company which serves more than 20,000 businesses. He is also a co-founder and previously served as Co-Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Distribution Officer of ReachLocal.

From 1999 to 2004, Hanks held various positions at CDI Corporation, a provider of outsourcing solutions and professional staffing, most recently as Vice President, SAP Services. Prior to that, he founded and operated a number of companies from 1996 to 1999 with a focus on the retail industry.

Hanks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College.
