  DAVE GALVAN, SVP, Business Development, 24 Hour Fitness

  Dave Galvan is currently SVP of Business Development and Strategy for 24 Hour Fitness, the largest U.S. fitness club chain which is owned by Private Equity firm Forstmann Little and Company. Mr. Galvan oversees a wide range of business units at 24HF including its Personal Training and Group X units, Retail, Corporate and Healthcare Sales, Sponsorships, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development.

  Mr. Galvan is an internet industry veteran who previously served as President of Schedulicity, the leader in online scheduling services for SMB’s. Prior to Schedulicity, Galvan was Vice-President of Sales and Business Development at Topix LLC, an online news and community site, where he was responsible for managing all revenue programs. Prior to Topix, Galvan worked in various senior management, business development and sales roles at InfoUSA, Yahoo, AOL, and Netscape. A native Californian, Galvan is a graduate of Stanford University.
