Kelly Thomas NojaimKelly Thomas Nojaim, Director, Bing Advertising, Microsoft Corporation

Kelly has been working in the online advertising and search space for over 15 years. In her current role of Director of SMB Partner Sales for Bing Ads, Kelly and her team focus on driving revenue through at-scale partnerships with companies like Advance Internet, Cox Media, IAC and other key SMB companies across the U.S., Canada and South America.

Previously, Kelly was Director of Product Marketing for Microsoft’s Bing Ads where she led the vertical & segment marketing and release readiness teams, focused on packaging network insights and ad platform product features for advertisers. During her 8+ years with Bing Ads, Kelly has spent the majority of her time in product management, focusing on building business plans around advertiser growth for the SMB, display and search segments.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Kelly was Director of Sales Development at Pulse 360, where she managed the launch of their contextual advertising product in 2004. She began her career in online advertising at About.com in New York City where she drove development of the company’s online sales system for display advertising. Kelly then transitioned to the company’s paid search division, Sprinks – one of the pioneers of pay-per-click advertising, which was acquired by Google in 2003.

Kelly received her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she was the President of Stern Women in Business. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications.
