Appraisals

With expert knowledge of the media and telecommunications industries, BIAfn is uniquely positioned to provide reliable appraisals of both tangible and intangible assets. A BIAfn appraisal is a valuation of the component assets of a broadcasting or communications business. It determines the worth of both individual tangible assets (i.e. equipment, furniture and fixtures, buildings and land) and intangible assets (i.e. as FCC licenses, advertiser or subscriber bases, affiliation agreements, leases and other contracts and goodwill.)
