Jeanne Dixon Dattilo

Jeanne Dixon Dattilo is Manager, Media Valuations with the Media Division of BIA Financial Network, Inc. (BIAfn), a financial consulting and valuation firm which prepares appraisals, business plans, feasibility studies and related analyses and provides financial advisory services.

Ms. Dattilo has been with BIAfn since May 1997. In that time, she has valued an estimated $10 billion worth of television, radio and publication properties, including some of the largest broadcasting companies in the nation. She has been responsible for the preparation of hundreds of fair market valuations, equity valuations, guideline company analyses and asset allocation assignments for both broadcast and publications properties. Ms. Dattilo has prepared valuations and appraisals for many regional and national financial institutions and some of the largest corporations in the communications industry.

Ms. Dattilo’s experience also includes the valuation of communications tower companies, local phone directory publications, outdoor advertising companies, and the valuation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans and interests in privately held companies to be used for gift and estate planning purposes.

Prior to joining BIAfn, Ms. Dattilo was employed by PMI Mortgage Insurance Company in Fairfax, Virginia. She was responsible for reviewing and underwriting limited documentation home mortgage insurance applications. Ms. Dattilo also assisted with compliance underwriting of conforming and non-conforming home mortgage loans for hundreds of mortgage lenders.
