Ed Czarnecki

Expertise: Emergency alert systems, first responder and incident management, strategic technology, developments in broadcasting and communications field.
Ed coordinates SpectraRep's Homeland Security and National Defense activities and is responsible for strategic planning, program development and implementation, and project direction. He is currently managing a range of projects relating to the improved dissemination of public alerts and warning at the local, state and Federal levels.
Edward Czarnecki is Vice President, Government Solutions of SpectraRep, BIA Financial Network's wireless multicast data delivery division. At SpectraRep he coordinates the Homeland Security and National Defense activities and is responsible for strategic planning, program development and implementation, and project direction. Currently he manages a range of projects relating to the improved dissemination of public alerts and warning at the local, state and Federal levels.
Previously, Ed served as Managing Director for Strategic Consulting at BIAfn and before that as a principal with emerging markets consulting firm ITC, Inc. In a career that spans domestic and international activities, he has specific experience in both senior management and performing high tech projects. Ed has provided leadership on programs that included project feasibility studies, business and operations planning, and strategic evaluation of opportunities for telecommunications and media ventures.
Ed earned a Ph.D. in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Certificate in International Finance from Georgetown's McDonough School of Business. He holds M.A. and B.A. degrees in political science and a Certificate in International Law and Diplomacy from St. John's University. Ed is also on the adjunct faculty of the American University, Washington, DC. |
