Adult Contemporary, Rock Lead HD Radio Stations Multicasting

According to recent analysis by BIAfn, Adult Contemporary, Rock, Top 40
and Country are the top station formats for HD radio stations multicasting, with
AC and Rock account for one-third (32%). One reason for
this lead is the significant number of large markets in this region.
Of the HD radio stations on air, news stations were the leader (12.6%), followed
closely by AC (12.5%), Rock (12.2%) and Country (8.4%).
